Monday begins with the house — slab walls, rooflines, windows, doors, and the architectural thinking required to make flat clay stand up and stay standing. Wednesday, kids carve details like bricks, shutters, chimneys, then build the smaller pieces that complete the story: a bowl, cup, or dish that fits the scale, plus the little resident who belongs there.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFriday is for underglaze painting, when the whole set comes together — the house, the object, the creature, all speaking the same visual language. Cracking, warping, glaze defects, and firing loss are normal risks of working with real clay and real heat — we'll always let you know if something happens to your piece.
